Cologuard Roof Coating is a powerful, high performance roof sealer, made from a thick and single component acrylic urethane that is 100% elastomeric and will waterproof roofs and walls. It will provides a single monolithic layer that waterproofs and Insulates the surface. It significantly reduces the interior temperature of your house in 2 ways: It will reflect the sun rays, eliminating the heat it received to the roof surface. It uses Headguard Technology, a tiny insulating micro-spheres that increase dramatically in size as the exterior temperature of the coating rises and prevents heat from being absorbed by the surface RVs, trailers, mobile homes and more. Reflects 79% of all sun rays. Insulates by using Headguard technology which prevents heat from being absorbed by the surface. Can be applied to: metal, polyurethane, concrete, asphalt, tiles and wood. Dry to touch: 60-minutes - 80-minutes. Eliminates 89% of all heat received in roof surface. Decreases approximately 15°F.
